1. What is Quantora? Quantora is a lightweight crypto analytics Chrome extension that helps traders track real-time token activity, including smart wallet movements, volume spikes, and early entry signals.

2. How does Quantora detect market shifts? It scans blockchain data live — identifying volume spikes, price changes, and smart wallet activity. These signals feed into metrics like Pulse Score, Entry Signal, and Risk Level.

3. What is Pulse Score? Pulse Score (e.g. 89) is an internal metric that measures the momentum, risk profile, and trend direction of a token based on wallet activity and price movements.

4. What does “Entry Signal: High” mean? It indicates strong buying pressure or early-stage movement, based on volume, smart wallet entries, and trend acceleration. It’s not financial advice — but it’s a sign of action.

5. Is Quantora free? Yes — core features are free to use. However, advanced tools are gated via the $QNT token and Discord verification.

6. Does Quantora support multiple chains? Currently, it supports Solana tokens. Support for Ethereum and BSC is planned for Q3–Q4 2025.

7. What is $QNT? $QNT is the native token used to unlock Quantora’s full capabilities. Holding ≥ 0.4 SOL in $QNT grants the Signal Scout role, and ≥ 0.8 SOL grants the Core Analyst role. Access is unlocked after wallet + Discord verification and snapshot.

8. What is a PulseKey and how do I get it? PulseKey is your personal access credential. It's generated 24h after a snapshot and sent via private Discord channel or bot DM. Paste it in the Settings tab to activate your role-based access.

10. How do I track wallet activity? Use the Wallet tab to add and monitor addresses. Each tracked wallet shows last activity time and status (Live / Active / Inactive), helping you follow whales or smart traders in real time.

11. How real-time is Quantora’s data? All displayed data (e.g. volume spikes, price %, holders) refreshes every few seconds — giving you a live pulse of the token’s market behavior.

12. What should I do if someone submitted my wallet? Open a support ticket in #support-desk on Discord. Our team will verify you manually. We never ask for your seed phrase — only wallet signature and proof of balance at snapshot.
